We have changed the distribution of weapon types between Primes.
We have released a minor server update with some major changes that will bring more variety to the gameplay and significantly improve balance. Check the details below.
NEW WEAPON TYPES DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Earlier, each Prime could use only two classes of weapons. For example, SHOCK was equipped with an assault rifle (main slot) and an SMG (extra slot). He could not use weapons of other types.
From now, each Prime can equip an assault rifle, a machine gun, a submachine gun, or a sniper rifle in the primary slot, as well as a handgun or a shotgun in the secondary slot. So, for example, you can equip SHOCK with a machine gun and a shotgun.
This change will provide more variable gameplay: the number of potential Prime builds will increase, taking into account the new weapon classes available to them.
Also, this change will improve the in-game balance. Right now some predefined combinations of Primes and weapons have a significant advantage over others.
ADDITIONAL CHANGES
Due to the changes mentioned above, we have also redesigned the starting weapons for some Primes.
SHOCK:
The P1 handgun is equipped in the secondary slot by default instead of the SMG-10 submachine gun.
SMG-10 is now available at Account Level 7.
VISION:
The Preacher handgun is equipped in the secondary slot by default instead of the MR5 Compact submachine gun.
MR5 Compact is now available at Account Level 22.
BLAST:
The Krueger M-XIII handgun is equipped in the secondary slot by default instead of the MR5 submachine gun.
MR5 is now available at Account Level 39.
POISON:
The SG60 shotgun is equipped in the secondary slot by default instead of the MK4 assault rifle.
MK4 is now available at Account Level 9.
THUNDER:
The G71 handgun is equipped in the secondary slot by default instead of the P1 handgun.
JUMPER:
The X2000 assault rifle is equipped in the primary weapon slot by default instead of the TACT-15 shotgun.
TACT-15 is now available at Account Level 40.
We also swapped positions of the EZI submachine gun and SG870 shotgun in the account level:
EZI is now available at Account Level 15.
SG870 is now available at Account Level 1.
NOTE! Everything that was unlocked before the release of this balance update will remain with you. Besides, for each Prime available to you, the necessary starting weapon will be unlocked if you do not have it.
