Bomb Rush — PvP Guide

A quick guide to get you started on the new game mode in Battle Prime.
Bomb Rush is the new game mode in Battle Prime. It's inspired by classic Bomb Defuse game modes but has some twists which are better suited to dynamic arcade gameplay of Battle Prime.
Bomb Rush will be available with 14.1 client update starting May 14, 2026 (12:00 UTC).
Bomb Rush is the 5vs5 round based mode. The first team to win 5 rounds wins the match.
TEAM SIDE
There are two sides: Attackers and Defenders. Players switch sides every 2 rounds.
Attackers
Attackers need to detonate the Bomb or kill all enemies before the round ends.
Each attacker in the team has the bomb. However, only one bomb can be planted.
Bomb plant time is 3.5 seconds.
After attackers planted the bomb they should protect it at all cost to prevent its defuse.
Defenders
Defenders need to prevent bomb detonation or kill all enemies before they planted the bomb.
If the bomb is planted, the Defenders have to defuse it. Defuse time is 5 seconds.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter Bomb Rush you need to select either Event or Ranked game type. In the Event game type you can select specifically the Bomb Rush mode.
We added Bomb Rush in both game types to collect more data and feedback for future improvements and polishing.
